1. Scope
This policy applies only to the uniqlullabies.com website. A separate app privacy policy applies to the UNIQ Lullabies iOS app, subscriptions and in-app advertising.
2. Information we collect directly
Our website has no membership, user accounts, comments, contact forms, newsletter registration or file uploads. We therefore do not request names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or profile information. If you email us, the information in your message is processed only to respond to your request.
3. Technical information and theme preference
Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, page viewed and browser type for security, debugging and service operation. Your light or dark theme preference is stored only in your browser’s local storage.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
UNIQ Lullabies does not use advertising or marketing cookies on the website. We use Google Analytics to improve the site and understand visits. Closing the cookie notice stores only a local record that the notice has been shown.
5. YouTube and third-party services
Google Analytics may process device and browser information, approximate location, visited pages and interactions. When you choose to watch a lullaby, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player is used. Google Fonts and linked social platforms process requests under their own privacy policies.
6. Data transfers and retention
We do not sell personal data or transfer it to third parties for advertising. Hosting, email, Google Fonts and YouTube providers may process technical data within their own infrastructure and policies. Technical records are retained only as long as necessary.
