Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the UNIQ Lullabies iOS app, published by Çiğdem Duygu Bingöl under the UNIQ Studio brand. Do not use the app if you do not accept them.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. Audio, images, text and other content belong to UNIQ Studio or are used with the required permission. You may not copy, extract, redistribute or sell content without permission.

• The free version is ad-supported. Premium removes ads and provides access to additional content and features.
• Price, subscription period and any trial are displayed before purchase and may vary by country and currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel it on iPhone under Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused part of a free trial may end when a subscription is purchased.
• Where supported, Restore Purchases gives access to earlier purchases.
• Apple evaluates refund requests under its policies; we cannot refund payments directly.

The app offers lullabies and sleep sounds to help create a calm environment; it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Keep sound at a low, reasonable level around babies and children, position the device at a safe distance and follow healthcare professionals’ safer-sleep guidance. The app does not replace adult supervision.

You agree not to use the app unlawfully or attempt to bypass security or technical restrictions, reverse-engineer source code, interfere with the service or reproduce content without authorisation.

The app and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. An internet connection may be required to download some content. We do not guarantee that any recording, feature or service will be uninterrupted or permanently available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNIQ Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

The app, content and these terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced here with an updated date. Access may be restricted if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time; subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple settings.

These terms are between you and UNIQ Studio. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement may apply to matters not covered here.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
